Perfect size, wanted something smaller to do shoulder press with because of limited space, the 6ft bar hits some stuff on the walls unless I’m in the perfect position and don't move at all. Will note the packaging barely held on, more or less opened itself when it arrived.

Great service from start to finish.! Order arrived quickly and safely, I needed a lighter weight KB for more complex moves and decided on the 12kg vinyl wrapped option which is a great choice for wooden/ ceramic floors.! Will definetley be using again....

Fantastic quality, especially for the price. The bands feel strong, durable and very well made, and I use them regularly in my workouts. I currently own several KEFL power bands and, as I progress with my training, I fully intend to buy every resistance level KEFL has available. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Excellent quality for the price. I now own three KEFL cast iron kettlebells - one 8kg and two 4kg - and I am very pleased with all of them. They feel solid, comfortable to hold and are very well made. Outstanding value for money.
