Delivery Information
How long will delivery take?
All available shipping options and prices are shown clearly at checkout, allowing you to choose the method that suits you best. Most items can be shipped using:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 working days)
- Express Delivery (1–2 working days)
- Next Day or Timed Delivery (where available)
Even if Next Day delivery isn’t available, we aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day within the dispatch timeframe. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 working days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 days, please contact our Customer Service team.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary based on the total weight of your order, your delivery location, and the service selected at checkout.
In some cases, only one delivery option may appear at checkout. This is due to courier restrictions based on weight or location, where other services may not be eligible or available.
International Delivery
Shipping times vary by location and will be displayed at checkout based on your country and courier service.
Large Orders & Pallet Deliveries
For large or heavy orders requiring pallet delivery, we’ll contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date.
Who will deliver my order?
We use trusted, professional couriers to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely.
Collection from Warehouse
We also offer a collection service from our warehouse. If you would prefer to collect your order, simply select the Pickup option at checkout.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Some of our couriers may deliver on weekends, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee Saturday or Sunday delivery.
While certain product pages may mention Saturday delivery, eligibility is only confirmed at checkout. This depends on your postcode, time of order, and courier availability. It's not possible for our website to display this eligibility in advance, so the options shown at checkout are final and most accurate.
Can I add something to an existing order?
Orders usually cannot be changed once placed. However, if you contact us quickly and the order hasn’t yet been processed, we may be able to help. Please include your name, delivery address, email, and order number if possible.
Can I assign my order to an existing account?
Unfortunately not. Please ensure you're logged into your account before placing your order.
Can I create an account?
Yes! Creating an account helps you track your orders, store delivery details, and checkout faster next time. You can set up your account during checkout.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email after placing your order.
- Dispatch Notification: We'll notify you when your order ships.
- Tracking Info: The courier will send tracking updates if available.
Some of my order is missing – when will it arrive?
For large or multi-box items, it’s common for boxes to arrive separately. Please allow up to 48 hours for all parts to be delivered.
Tracking says “Delayed” or “Not Received”
This means your order has been dispatched but hasn’t yet been scanned by the courier. Please allow up to 2 working days for delivery before contacting us.
I haven’t received an order confirmation email
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's still missing, contact us with your full name, delivery address, email, and order number (if known), and we'll assist you promptly.
