How To Use

  • Start loading the desired weight plates onto the bar and secure them with the spinlock collars.
  • Grasp the bar with an underhand grip, keeping your hands shoulder-width apart.
  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and maintain a slight bend in your knees.
  • Curl the bar upwards towards your chest, exhaling as you lift.
  • Pause briefly at the top, then lower the bar back down with controlled movements.
  • This bar is specially designed to enhance bicep and tricep development.
  • Start with a manageable weight and progress as your strength increases.
